When you place an order for hair or related products, please transfer a 50% deposit based on the total order value.
This allows us to begin production with our trusted factories.

Production and Order Confirmation

Once production is completed, we will send you photos of the finished products for your review and confirmation.
You can check the products carefully before completing the final payment.

Final Payment (Remaining 50%)

After confirming your order, please transfer the remaining 50% balance.
Once we receive the final payment, we will proceed to prepare your shipment.

Packaging, Shipping, and Tracking

We will record a video of the packaging and shipping process for transparency.
You will also receive a tracking number to follow your shipment until it reaches you.
