Bleaching Experiment: Achieving Level 8 Blonde with 10 Vol (3%) Developer on Vietnamese Raw Hair
Can 3% Oxygen lift hair to Level 8? See the real results of our bleaching test on 12-inch Vietnamese raw hair. 45 minutes to a healthy, shiny blonde.

For professional hair vendors and salon owners, the true test of quality isn't in the texture of a new bundle, but in its lifting capacity. Can the hair withstand chemical processing while maintaining its structural integrity?
Today, VietsilkHair is launching a transparent bleaching series. We start with the most gentle approach: 10 Volume (3%) Developer on our 12-inch Natural Color Raw Hair bundle.
1. The Experiment Setup
We chose a low-concentration developer to prove a point: High-quality raw hair doesn't need harsh chemicals to reach beautiful light tones.
Hair Sample: 12-inch VietsilkHair Raw Bundle (Natural Black/Brown).
Formula: Premium White Bleach Powder + 3% (10 Vol) Oxygen.
Total Time: 45 minutes.
2. The Step-by-Step Transition
Transparency is key to building trust. We monitored the hair at three critical intervals to show the gradual and healthy lift of Vietnamese hair.
15 Minutes: The hair begins to open its cuticles. The natural black pigments start transitioning into a warm brown/gold undertone.
30 Minutes: A significant jump. The hair reaches a solid Level 6-7. At this stage, the hair remains incredibly strong and elastic.
45 Minutes (Final Result): The bundle successfully hits Level 8 on the international hair color chart.

3. Quality Assessment: Beyond the Color
Achieving Level 8 is one thing; keeping the hair healthy is another. After rinsing and air-drying, the results were undeniable:
Natural Shine: Even after bleaching, the hair retains a healthy luster under natural sunlight. This is a hallmark of 100% cuticle-aligned hair.
Soft Texture: There is zero "crunchiness" or frizz. The strands remain silky and easy to comb through.
Strength: No breakage or "gumminess" was observed, proving that the hair’s cortex is still intact and ready for further toning or styling.

4. Why This Matters for Your Hair Business
As a hair vendor, your reputation depends on the longevity of the products you sell. Choosing hair that lifts easily with low-volume developers means:
Lower Damage Risk: You can offer your clients blonde shades without compromising hair health.
Color Versatility: Level 8 is the perfect "canvas" for Honey Blonde, Ash Brown, or vibrant Ombre colors.
Cost Efficiency: Faster lifting times and less "correction" work needed.
